A Week of New Classes Strength Building Schedule with Props 30 mins

Hello Lovies,

we have an amazing week filled with new classes. All are intermediate level, ~30 minutes long.

Monday:

Starting the week off with Flexibility and Strength Long Bands Workout. 40 minutes of Intermediate Level Yoga- Fitness Fusion

Bands on Amazon or at your local fitness equipment supplier.

Tuesday:
Another Fusion. Using Core Gliders/ Sliders. Building Core, Upper Body and Lower Body Strength all at once. 30 minutes, moderate intensity.

I got these gliders from Amazon. 

Wednesday: Rest or a Light Vinyasa

Thursday:
Kettlebell Strength, 30 minutes.

I am using a 15 lbs kettlebell.

Friday is my favorite :). The Best is for Last.
500 Rep Intense Cardio and Strength Booty.
I did this workout 2 days in a row and I could not walk or sit properly for a day. Be Warned!

A set of dumbells needed.

You can repeat the 500 reps Class sometime next week. Just give it at least 1-2 days of rest.

    I did this one yesterday and I am feeling it today. I’ve gotten more sore as the day progresses.

      Ah did you do the 500 reps!! It is brutal :). I hope the soreness is going away and now your legs are that much stronger 🙂
