It is very hard to find citrus without wax so I do encourage you to use the peels.

Big Box 10-25 fruits/ avocados depending on size.

Small – Medium box is 5-12 avocados/fruits

 

I fill the boxes full and I pad the bottom and top. I don’t wrap the individual fruits because that takes a lot of space and through trial and error I have found out that the fruit ships close to perfect all in one bin – filled as much as I can fit.

The fruits are all different sizes so the amount of fruits per box vary. Our blood oranges are very small with intense flavor; the palmarosa lemons are big to huge, avocados vary in size.

The naval oranges start off small in the beginning of the season and keep getting bigger in size.

I ship whatever is most ready to be picked.

I make sure to fill the boxes full.

The flavor of the oranges varies a lot between sunny and rainy days and between the beginning and the end of the season. I personally like all the flavor evolution but I will try to ship after a few sunny days so that the sweetness is concentrated.

After a strong rain, the oranges right away taste more like the rain – in a good way but less sweet.

 

For California and Las Vegas I have found cheaper shipping rates so message me. I am adding more shipping options as I go.

Citrus Peel uses – jams, I make cleaning vinegar with the peels. orange peels repel ants and insects. They have herbal applications.
