A lot of the prenatal exercise programs out there do not pay attention to Diastasis Recti prevention and appropriate core engagement during pregnancy.

An essential part of the Interval Yoga Pregnancy Program is to learn and maintain proper posture and deep core strength throughout the course of the pregnancy. This will prevent common pregnancy ailments such as back pain, pelvic instability and pelvic girdle pain. All of these can cause or aggravate already existing hip and back pain, postural misalignments, bladder weakness, leg cramps and upper back and shoulder pain. Learning how to engage the core will also speed up your post pregnancy recovery.

The Transverse Abdominis (TVA) is the stabilizer muscle for the entire lower back and core. I will teach you how to engage this muscle and help you build and maintain your deep core strength, proper posture and pelvic floor integrity throughout the pregnancy. Learning to engage the TVA during your walks and daily activities is also essential throughout the course of you pregnancy and the postpartum recovery period.

Lets bring proper circulation to these areas and keep them healthy on a physical and spiritual level.

The focus of this program is to give you exercises that are safe and effective.

Vegan Diet During Pregnancy Guide

Ali shares her personal vegan diet strategy and tips in detail. Healthy foods, and foods that should be avoided are covered in this guide. She recommends her favourite prenatal supplements and superfoods that are recommended for vegan mommas. Ali discusses nutrients that are important to pay attention to on a vegan diet such as calcium, zinc, iron, and omega 3s to 6s ratio. The Program also discusses what to expect after birth (both emotionally and physically), what foods are great for your hospital/birth bag, foods that can help establish your milk supply, and tips on how to approach your breastfeeding nutrition.
