Squats are the queen of all exercises.

They can help you strengthen the lower body and core. They reduce cellulite and improve the circulation in the body.

The build both strength and flexibility. They maintain the mobility of the joints in the lower body.

If there is one single exercise you have to do for the rest of your life I would say do the squats!

They help you remove cellular waste as well as oxygenate the body.

The tone the eliminative organs in the body.

All in all, they are absolutely crucial in any strength, fitness and health building program and I love them dearly.

I may even love them more than deadlisfts and warriors – that is how important and amazing SQUATS are!

During pregnancy, they are amazing because they prepare you for birth and they can help reduce leg cramps and back pain.

Always perform them with proper form. Here we go:
