Beginner Schedule March 9-16

Namaste Beautiful Yogis! 🙂

This week a mix of groovy flow, total body yoga, power yoga, and Hatha! Also a Yin class included for a bit of a rest day 🙂 Wishing you a week filled with enlightenment, sunshine, and peace!

Saturday: Vinyasa Groovy Flow, as the weather begins to warm up some summer-reggae-groovy yoga to match it 🙂 building strength and bringing flexibility to the hips!

Sunday: Yin Yoga with somatic moves. This class is so balanced and refreshing, a great evening class too 🙂

Monday: Total body yoga! A longer class but so amazing, with beautiful ocean view, and hamstring stretches at the end

Tuesday: 10 Minute true core class! It’s a waist trimmer, this class is shorter but the effects are so strong!!

Wednesday: A very balanced Hatha class today with beautiful twists, and an abs sequence.

Thursday: Interval training, working on the pelvic floor with a little bit of jumping! This class is packed full of love and it has a beautiful flow to it!

Friday: This class is power yoga, building strength and flexibility 🙂 Also working on awareness, alignment, and posture

    Hi, Ali…just wondering if all schedules are “beginner schedules”? Or do you also have intermediate schedules or specific theme schedules? Thanks

      Hi, we are posting some beginner schedules right now. We have many intermediate schedules posted in the archives so just scroll back or just search them. There are schedules fit for different goals. <3
