NBYs!!! I hope your week was fantastic and full of joy 🙂 This week we are going to work on upper body, back, and a little hips. There will be a strength class this week that can be something you are working towards, just try it out and see where you’re at with it. Hopefully you are able to do it and it’ll be part of your growth with your yoga practice 🙂
Monday: A Chi Gong class for chakra balancing in the lower chakras. This is great for re-aligning energy and helping you feel at peace and balanced!
Tuesday: Today building a strong booty and legs with interval yoga, also suitable for those who are postpartum 🙂
Wednesday: A calming and refreshing yin class today! It includes somatic movements, perfect for bed time also 🙂
Thursday: Today is the “working towards” class! A 20 Min strength class, in a beautiful setting, you’ll feel strong and rejuivinated afterwards 🙂
Friday: Bringing balance to the hips today, some stretching and strength also! Maybe include a walk today too 🙂
Saturday: Working on hips and hamstrings today, also lower back. Stretching and working towarads greater flexibility. A good balance to an upper body week 🙂
Sunday: Going for that upper body strength again today, with bands! Also suitable for all trimesters 🙂
