    Personally, Ali, I’d love to have more of the advanced classes–this is wonderful. I’ve really been thrilled to “open my presents” each morning with classes that get my blood really moving. Just my opinion, but the level of the classes you’ve been posting is excellent! Thank you!

    I do enjoy advanced cardio classes a couple times a week. But then there are the other days. I want to get blood moving, but not kill myself. So I want both! I am super thrilled about the stretch cool down @ the end of this new vid! Yay! That’s excellent. More of that, Please.
    I feel like all the videos are right on time! Always just what I need. (Sometimes I don’t know what I need until it’s presented to me)

    Ok. I just did the huff,puff,grunt wo. I have to say that it’s one of my very favorites. I like the constant cardio. Otherwise I just want to be doing yoga!
    Truly, this wo was FUN! I WAS having a blast!

    I love all of the videos, but sometimes I do want some that are more on the beginner level. I do these in the evening and sometimes I just want something that is going to remove the kinks of the day. You know, something that will get you moving just enough to get the work day out of my body but that won’t make me get all sweaty and huffy puffy because I’m just to exhausted.

    Also, I would like some that have more shoulder stretches because they’re an area that I have to work on a lot.

    Hey Ali! Sometimes I dread HIIT workouts. (Do you think they are necessary for being fit? Please say no! Lol). I really love longer endurance type flows. It’s still tough, but in a different way (e.g. holding poses for several breaths). It creates that burning sensation in the muscles, you know what I mean. Any tips for starting to lovie HIIT – I’m all ears πŸ™‚

      the answer is… no πŸ™‚ hehe. as long as you enjoy moving do what you enjoy. you should never really do things you “dread”. chances are you will not stick with it if it is not fun. my yoga classes are intense enough. stick with them and who knows you may change your mind soon… or not. just keep moving and try my interval yoga classes (if you haven’t already) slowly the HIIT type of movement (within yoga) will grow on you. keep me posted πŸ™‚ and just stick with yoga for a bit. i will upload easier HIIT – this one was a monster one πŸ˜›

I do enjoy the interval classes! Just really not the HIIT at the moment. I will get there πŸ™‚ Love.
