VIP 61 A 12 Minute Push Up Workout Upper Body

Upper body workout. This workout is meant to be used as a tool for improving your push ups, Overall upper body strength, and horizontal pulls. We are going to work on chest and back alternating each exercise. Beginner/intermediate practitioners appropriate. The workout is strength building but it will also get your heart pumping. Enjoy!

    I just finished VIP 61 and will definitely come back to it.
    After that I did AK100-Hatha Yoga for Digestion. Lots of good upper body stretching.
    These classes go well together.
