Hi Ali! I just wanted to let you know that your yoga instructing has been monumental in my life these past 8 months! A few of the things I’ve sensed is that I’m mentally sharper which is extremely important with a 15 month old, and I’ve acquired more perseverance, balance, and yes–even a longer & leaner tone to my whole body (didn’t think that goal was attainable!).

I find that the more I practice, the more I look forward to having fun with the poses and ultimately, I do it for the enjoyment it provides while my body reaps the amazing benefits of your yoga routines. You probably haven seen my pictures before, but here are a few to emphasize how much your sequences have challenged me, shaped me, and helped me get back to pre-pregnancy weight & shape. Actually, I even noticed that I’m leaner than ever before and more “youthful”, and although I still do other short workouts, yoga is the base for every activity that I perform. My advice to all beginners is–don’t try so hard to the point of burnout and frustration. Just have fun with Ali because your muscles WILL BURN LIKE CRAZY and your heart will cry for mercy. When you go through the process with a relaxed mindset, you’ll see the benefits realize themselves in no time. Thank you and love you so much, Ali! Your humble attitude and excruciating sequences have made a huge dent in my life. I feel like I can conquer anything. 🙂
