Happy Summer Solstice. How about I Welcome all the new Members with a Leg and Inner Thigh Vinyasa and Finish off with  Joy Groove + Contemplation at the end. We’ll pack a punch in just 30 minutes. Expect Loads of Stomach Vacuums in Down Dog!

You will need a yoga block.

I am using a new mat from natural rubber and get this: an integrated yoga towel into the mat from http://amzn.to/2rB5XWC

    love the therapeutic drum and beat, love the use of the yoga blocks i love creative fluid yoga and obsessed with the vacuums in downdog feeling it and loving it Xo

    This class was special. I still did the chataranga on the wall as I’m not there yet. I am finding as my core gets stronger everything is much more challenging. I did feel joy after this practice. Thank you

      yes, keep going with the modifications until your body says it is ready. no rush, no need to hurry 😀 you are slowly growing stronger
