This goes by quickly. It is fun and effective. I have only been doing 12-minute workouts for the past few weeks. I have been doing low to moderate intensity ones because we are moving out of state (more on that soon. I will try to do a moving vlog) and we have been quite busy packing and arranging the bIG migration 🙂 .
