12 MINUTE OF MODERATE INTENSITY HIIT
This goes by quickly. It is fun and effective. I have only been doing 12-minute workouts for the past few weeks. I have been doing low to moderate intensity ones because we are moving out of state (more on that soon. I will try to do a moving vlog) and we have been quite busy packing and arranging the bIG migration 🙂 .
Expect a core – leg based sequence.
Plank jump variations.
The booty and hamstrings building table top jumps (those get rid of the extra flab on the back of the leg because they build nice and strong hamstrings).
