Hello Beautiful Souls,

My life has been very busy the last few weeks and I have missed connecting with you. I am in the midst of packing my life in boxes 🙂 and leaving the city I called home for most of my adult life. Emotional times – sweet and rich. It is funny how much one can grow to love a house. A house is like a body. It holds so many memories.  This is the place where I started my online classes. Most of you know my backyard with the beautiful 60+-year-old cactus.

But the yoga must go on!

Today we will enjoy a longer class.

    Great class, Ali! Love the creative (and sneaky) ways you engage the hip muscles, ensuring we’ll all feel it tomorrow. Also, I appreciate learning different ways to use the bands, which is especially valuable for when I travel. Best of luck on the big move!
