A fusion yoga workout class.
we finally moved out of our old home in Los Angeles and we are settling into our new home in Austin, TX. So far I am loving the Texas summer. Austin is an extremely beautiful city with such a green quite literally and metaphorically vibe. Let’s see what August has to bring as far as temperatures go :). We are getting used to the new varieties of bugs and animals in the area. We have A LOT of deer passing through our front and backyard, coyotes, foxes and who knows what else.
This whole journey of moving has been magical and a lot of WORK. The drive through California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas was simply spectacular. I love the desert scenery. As a small kid, I was convinced that I was a desert Beduin in my last life and I adored the One Thousand and One Arabian Nights stories. So from all the cities, we drove through I really fell in love with Indio, California. Now onto a new type of scenery – the exotic Hill Country of Texas!
I still have some prerecorded yoga classes from the old yoga spot but I am also eager to bring some classes from the new location.
I hope you are enjoying the summer (or winter) and finding magic all around you. Make sure to take a rest day or an easy class day every so often and remember to breathe.
