Beginner Schedule Feb 23-March 2

Hi Beautiful Yogis!! Hope you all enjoyed last week 🙂

This week is a bit of a mix, Hatha flows with some Vinyasas with some basic stretches so you can work on your flexibility and form, posture!

Monday: A wonderful class for posture, really awesome for your joints 🙂

Tuesday: A slow vinyasa, this class is so great for your hips and a perfect time to work on mindfulness during yoga.

Wednesday: A class for tight hamstrings! With stretching the lower back 🙂 Perfect for those starting out and working with modifications and props. This class is so peaceful and calm, I love it for mid-week!

Thursday: This class is so flowing, the beautiful music fits it so well! A class for core with stomach vacuums, also opening the shoulders and hips, stretching the obliques 🙂

Friday: A shorter class focusing on digestion! This is one of my favorites, it gets everything moving and flowing again. This is also an amazing stretch for the spine, this class includes twists, working on posture and spinal alignment. There are no planks or chaturangas in this one so the wrists get a little break 🙂

Saturday: Today is a beautiful vinyasa, a Self-Forgiveness Prayer class. It’s a very well rounded class, flexibility, digestion included, strength in the lower back 🙂

Sunday: Another short one today, the focus is on core while stretching the legs. It includes chest opening poses and a few twists for posture and improving respiratory and digestive strength! 🙂

Love! 🙂 🙂
