VIP 49 A 11 Minute Spontaneous Combustion Workout
Last week I was shooting Beginner Yoga all day and by night time I was ready to go crazy, lose my mind and get some intensity out of my system. I do this type of workouts often on my own but this time the camera was already rolling so I figured : Lets record it and see how you guys like this time of DRILL workouts. They are very different from my yoga routines but fun in their own right.
Let me know if you like this fast moving type of workout.

this was good but my yoga mat, (yogarat), kept changing the position 🙂 had to adjust for split secs;)i like it.
I really enjoyed this! A nice surprise when I logged on and saw the new workout! I had only a lttle time for a workout today. Perfect!
How many times a week do u recommend this type of workout ? The same as HIIT?
I liked it a lot! A very efficient way to get a solid workout in on days when extra pressed for time. full body!

If one stays in good form, this is a challenging workout. There is no repetition so it keeps the interest in the moment. Sweaty and happy throughout. I bet if slowed down to double the time, this would be a complete complete complete (always wonderful) burnout. Thanks Ali
