Beginner Schedule Feb 5-11
Hello Beautiful Yogis! How are your word mindfulness practices going? Hope you had a wonderful weekend 🙂
This week we’ll be working on flexibility, starting off with the basics, purposeful movements, and building some foundational strength.
so hop on your mat and let’s get moving 🙂 🙂
Monday:
Tuesday: A more mellow Tuesday flow, also a very strong class
Wednesday: A longer Vinyasa, but very well rounded and amazing for the hips 🙂
Thursday: A fluid groove, plies, very soothing 🙂
Friday: A sweet morning vinyasa, flexibility and stability, also working on the TVA 🙂
Saturday: Taking it easy with a great slow core & hips class, believing in your strength 🙂
Sunday: A short alignment class, can be also added on another day before or after a class 🙂 so important to remember alignment when starting out
