Beginner Schedule Feb 11-18
ย Hi there Beautiful Yogis! How was your flexibility week?
How are you doing with your words manifest? ๐ This week will be super fun schedule, I’m not sure how to describe it other than a really good feeling. I hope you all are enjoying the year so far! It has good vibes to it I believe. ๐
Monday: we have a Vinyasa with some standing sequence, floor stretches, twisting and hip openers!
Tuesday: We have a great ab- flat belly sequence! This class is so fresh and balanced, be sure to keep a mindful core throughout ๐
Wednesday: A great Hatha flow, very beginner friendly, gentle but strong
Thursday: A digestive flow, one of my favorite ones! It gets everything moving and a wonderful organs massage with all the twists ๐
Friday: This class is FULL length, a little over an hour so do on a day where you have time or switch it out with another class. It includes a little light cardio but still beginner, a beautiful Vinyasa!
Saturday: A fun 10 minute beach workout, focusing on core and a little cardio ๐ Maybe include a walk or some dancing today!
