30 Day Gratitude Challenge

Sit down, quiet the mind and observe your thoughts, observe your recurrent thoughts and re-examine them. Your recurrent thoughts are your believes about yourself and this is the basis on how we manifest our future.

Let’s take a moment and look at our pattern of thinking with a fresh new perspective. Our beliefs are so deeply integrated and woven into the fabric of who we are that it will take some conscious work in order to rebuild a new belief system.  We will work on creating a new way of thinking that is based on our own conscious choices and not on subconscious drives. As young kids, we tend to absorb other people’s believes and we turn them into our own dogma. Some of these beliefs can be great and some can be what is stopping us from growing or reaching our potential. Therefore we need to be present and mindful and of course, we need to question all of our beliefs. Re-learning, unlearning and consciously growing into who we are meant to be requires us to awaken.
