It is time for another challenge! A week to give a vegan, raw or high raw lifestyle a try. Ali is making delicious bowls and salads with the most amazing dressings so I decided to focuse on raw vegan food. Even if you just would add one raw meal to your daily diet, it would make such a huge difference to your health and energy. I will be sharing the recipes to the meals written in green daily in the group on Facebook and also here on the site. The meals are all fall inspired, warming and super easy to make. I also used easy to obtain ingredients, just plain farmersmarket stuff. We are starting on wednesday so the first recipe I will be sharing will be this super easy and creamy Corn Chowder. If you come along and do one raw vegan meal per day you can make the other meals cooked or raw, whatever you prefer, vegan of course 😉
I added a basic grocery list on the bottom so you can see that you will only be needing regular, affordable ingredients. It is so easy and delicious, high cab and low fat, energizing. A wonderful way to eat. I will also link Ali’s delicious recipes in the posts so you can mix and match to your liking, raw, high raw or cooked!
