Who is excited for a 30 day Mindfulness Challenge? The theme is Gratitude, Creating a new personal story (changing the story we tell ourselves about ourselves), Changing the believes that we have an attachment to that are not serving us, and Manifesting a more intentional reality.
Also we will pair the spiritual challenge with a physical one. (optional)
Tina and I will be also sharing on here and on the FB Group a daily alkaline drink, smoothie, juice, raw soup or salad. We will keep it VERY easy and very doable. Feel free to repeat the same drink every day. Try to get some celery, green powders like barley grass and spirulina; cucumber, lemon, cilantro, kale, watermelon, pineapple and such for your daily dose of alkalinity 🙂
