15 Minutes of Fame | Gladiator | Day 1 | HIIT
Welcome to Day 1 of 15 minutes a Day Yoga and HIIT.
We are kicking off the series with a strong HIIT.
I have created a category called 15 Minutes of Fame Series which will appear on the right-hand side of your screen under categories. You can access all the classes from these series there. They will be posted daily under Blog and in the categories, they fall in. If you decide to do the series again in the future you can always go straight to the category and find all 30 classes in there.

Really loved the workout. Short and effective. Sweating by end of the workout. Looking forward to the rest of the series. These short workouts are very good travel workouts.
