this is a  5 minute workout with a focus on core strength.  This is a perfect workout that you can fit in the morning before you get out of the house or even a workout that you can do after you get home from work/school and you don’t have the energy to do a full 30 minute class. This will keep your metabolism high and it can even aid in building and maintaining muscle mass.
