Today I was going to write an article on spirituality and tradition but i decided to keep things less controversial and share with you 2 things from the new YOGI SURPRISE BOX (which I am proudly an ambassador for whoop whoop) – OMG

I received it 3 days ago and it has a Palo Santo Hydrosol MyST in the box that i have been using pre- class in order to purify the air. It is an energy cleanser and i have always burned Palo Santi sticks I get from the farmers market. I have never seen it in a  hydrosol form before- the smell is divine. It also seems to make me a maniac during the workouts…. go figure …

Speaking of divine smell they also sent the best ever jasmine blend oil. So basically I am in aroma heaven hehe. How do they always send the best oils???

Another oil for a pick me up is this Italian company’s bergamot based oil (I have never heard of them before)

Somatolagy – cool name!!!

Among other goodies such as a mat cleaner, vegan food, lotion and one of my favorite sheet masks.

This is easily my most favorite company- I love everything- from the care that goes into the packaging, to the conscious companies they select to the general idea behind it- it’s all exactly something I would do-  YOGI SURPRISE BOX LINK
