This workout can be used by itself or added to most HIIT, gym and bodyweight workouts. It’s a great addition to any yoga program. True back strength is often neglected in favour of strong core, shapely legs, and firm butt but the truth is that without a strong back one cannot build a strong core, chest, butt or legs. Your back is your “backbone”.
An interesting metaphor is that we call weak and meek people spineless. Let’s get a strong back routine as a regular part of our fitness and wellness program. This workout is great for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
