many of us are transitioning to a stay-at-home job right now and this requires a lot of hours spent sitting in front of a computer.
This schedule is a schedule you can refer to in the future. It is not our ongoing schedule but rather a parallel schedule that can help you target stiffness, pain, and discomfort in the back, neck, and shoulders caused by the lack of movement or the prolonged seated hours.

All of these classes have a different focus so as a combination of classes they will offer you a well-rounded practice.
