We are more than half way there! We can’t fully celebrate yet but we will soon! This is a great inner thigh class, cardio and also serious obliques.
Day 22:
Errrrrr merrrr gerrrd…( That is omg in my after a butt kicker class and I can’t even speak correctly) this is that class.

THis is such a creative fun class…Ali’s grooves are groovy cool, fun, can’t be shy kinda grooves. 😊 A new favorite class right here.
Day 24:
Ali is ever so graciously sharing a VIP class for the abs challenge, this is a serious get outta slump day class. Feeling groggy and funky blah? This class will do it for ya, pick ya right up….She’s my new female King Kong.
Day 25:
I don’t think this class needs an intro….Just breath….
Day 26:
This is a super quick 10 min HIIT class, it’s great, if you have time, to follow it up with a yin class for some nice stretches.
