    I loved this. I am sweaty and breathing hard, enjoying it all until it was very surprising finished. Very spontaneous which made it go quite quickly without it ever being tedious. Thanks again Ali

    This was great, Ali, thanks a lot!
    I had to stop with HIITs for a while because I developed the so-called runner’s knee. Turned out I needed sneakers with specially made insoles when jumping because I have flat feet and hence my feet and hips aren’t properly aligned, impacting the movement of the knee. So now, a year later, I am back to occasional HIITs with sneakers & insoles, hope that helps 🙂
