How has this Libra full moon been for you all?

This week let’s work on upper body! And we will include some glutes, legs, and core help support upper back, so we can keep our arm strength and upper back strength safe and strong ๐Ÿ™‚

Today is part of the 30 day beginner challenge series, a short upper body strength workout

Then we have a beginner series 2 core connection workout

Next a 10 minute class for upper back, neck, shoulders tension, and also appropriate for times when you have a headache

Today is Interval Training for deep core and glutes!

Next a power yoga for abs, core , legs, and upper body!

A part of the 21 day chaturanga series, learning to build strength here ๐Ÿ™‚

Today is a strong back workout, working on upper spine. This routine is great for injury prevention and healing from injuries.
