Shopping List for days 1-5
Bragg’s Aminos, or Soy Sauce ( Tamari, Coconut Aminos- Garlic Sauce, Teriyaki, Basic Soyless Sauce) Your preference
coconut oil- try to get unrefined one such as this one- Organic Coconut Oil
peas (fresh or frozen)
whole grain flour tortillas
nori sheets – These are great Organic Nori Sheets at a very reasonable price.
