The citrus peaked in February but we have new trees ripening. I will only mostly send the firm citrus for shipping purposes. It is very hard to find citrus without wax so I do encourage you to use the peels.

They are central to Mexican and California cuisine. They can turn any salad or dish into a creamy, rich experience.

We have a row of trees that is ripening now and we should be able to offer a limited amount of orange boxes in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
