Ours 30 day Interval Yoga Challenge is going strong and here is a great way to fuel your “engine” after our classes 😛
Every day of our life should be a celebration.
I celebrate today with my layered smoothie 🙂
1st layer: blended papaya and mango with a bit of orange juice
2nd layer: chia seeds soaked in nut milk
3rd layer: papaya, mango and frozen strawberries – and this is the best combination ever!!!
