21 Day Yoga Diet Challenge: WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

Beautiful yogis and beautiful souls,

We made it! I cannot thanks everyone enough for making these past 21 days fun, inspiring, and motivational. All of you beauties who participated really brought some rocking recipes to the table. The best ones will be making their debut in our Beautiful Yogis Recipe Book.

Even though our challenge is over, now is such a wonderful opportunity to keep up the momentum we have built. Continue to eat those foods that energize and nourish your body, mind, soul, and spirit. Eat mindfully and with compassion for all beings. The final week of our 21 day challenge involved two 100% plant-based meals. Every day is a chance to improve yourself. Keep going, beautiful yogis!
