Let’s begin the year with something light-hearted, fun and something that might kill ya:). As you all know it is all about the balance of rest-play.
This class is open to all – members and nonmembers because that’s how we must start the year. With sharing and celebrating life in a healthy, self-loving way.
I hope your holidays were fun and you are ready to take care of yourself and learn or improve your healthy habits throughout this year. Exercise and healthy eating paired with rest and a positive self-talk are the builders of health. We will focus on all of this throughout 2018.
Today we are doing a very intense booty workout. 30 minutes of glute building fun!
Also, a new prop introduction for 2018 is the long resistance bands – if you can get a few do it! These latex-free ones are great. I will still mostly provide you with bodyweight classes but a few small pieces of equipment will offer us some extra resistance, they will make the classes fun and of course, they will allow us to get stronger. They are perfect for booty building sequences. Are you ready to begin?
