Happy New Year to those who celebrate 🙂 I hope your week has been renewing and full of joy!
First we have a more soothing yoga class, great for over thinkers, getting into alignment for Spring and the New Year!
Next is a beautiful twisting class, a great transitional class from beginner to intermediate. This class always leaves me feeling so refreshed 🙂
A fresh, slower paced, and calm core vinyasa today!
Today a longer flow working on flexibility 🙂
Vinyasa flow today, great for digestion and detoxing going into Spring!!
Full body complete beginner class, this one has such a graceful flow to it and includes warriors, twists, and butterfly stretch 🙂
A fun groovy class today for flexibility, strength, and working on the hips!
