VIP 269 500 Reps Workout Intense

A few months ago we did this 500 reps workout which was a Killer but I never posted it in its own separate post so here we go. It was featured in a schedule of 5 new classes for that week and I will be posting the 5 classes in separate posts for searchability reasons.

Do expect a new class this week as well! 🙂 A good delicious vinyasa coffee cup fusion.

    This is great on a day when the low back hurts or knee hurts (years of running killed my knees). The back is kept straight and minimal stress on knees. Fantastic sweat and it went quick. This is another great cardio burn on a day when the joints are not super
