Part 3 and Final of the Beginner interval Yoga Course.
Throughout this course, you will solidify the skills and knowledge attained during Part 1 and 2. This final part will prepare you for a solid practice as a yogi and a fit person. It will give you the foundation for long-term success on your fitness and healthy living path.
We will work on deepening our knowledge about poses and we will embark on some more advanced yoga poses and interval training moves.
Interval Yoga can help you feel calm (once done), centered and at peace. It is also very important in maintaining and building muscle mass, strength, flexibility and body awareness.
