Congratulations. You completed Part 1 of the Beginner Course and moving forward into part 2.

Part 2 of the 3 Month Beginner Interval Yoga Couse will deepen your knowledge of the postures. This course will allow you to advance further into yoga and HIIT. We will be working on strength, flexibility, cardiovascular capacity and alignment.

There are 4 One Week Challenges that will challenge you in a positive way to improve your breathing and certain aspects of your diet.
