10 Day Vegan Challenge

4 of us are putting this challenge together. Tina will be sharing 2 meals and 1 snack a day. Laura is preparing the shopping lists and menus.

Shopping List for days 1-5

walnuts
raisins
chia seed
beans
canned tomatoes
buckwheat kernals
quinoa

Bragg’s Aminos, or Soy Sauce ( Tamari, Coconut Aminos- Garlic Sauce, Teriyaki, Basic Soyless Sauce) Your preference
olive oil
coconut oil- try to get unrefined one such as this one-  Organic Coconut Oil

pumpkin
arugula
celeriac (white)
sweet potato
spinach
red onion
sweet onion
zucchini
red cabbage
pea shoots
peas (fresh or frozen)
sprouts
carrots
bok choi
mixed letuces
romaoine lettiuces
broccoli
celery

garlic
mint

whole grain flour tortillas
nori sheets – These are great Organic Nori Sheets at a very reasonable price.
