OK thank you Abby! i know you will be one of the few NOT requesting lighter classes 🙂 but if you even say yin we know we gotta do a few yin sequences to nourish the soul as well 🙂
Suggestion for lighter class is hip openers, I have to get my pigeon fix a couple times a week since it helps me avoid lower back pain, maybe some hamstring love and more splits. I love the high intensity classes too. I was very sweaty by the end of this one! <3
