I hope everyone is having fun so far and ready to face the weekend inspired, motivated and healthy!

I know i am and i am certainly going to have a Flemish Sour Ale or a glass or red wine along with all those amazing foods and smoothies and juices we have been making.

She did such an incredible job with the week one recipe book and guidelines that I hope everyone takes the time to send her some love! <3 What a beautiful, generous heart she has!!!

The new eBook features some recipes from fellow vegan you tubers and bloggers that I personally follow as well and some of the smoothies are already making my mouth water.

Cant wait to try the strawberry parfait and the chocolate pudding/smoothie.
