It is me again. Two videos on one day! How about that?
This is a basic cool down – stretching session.
It is perfect to use after most HIIT workouts.
I do not consider a cool down to be an absolute must but feel free to use it on days when you have the time. Once we are in shape and provided that we do stretch throughout the week with my yoga classes I find that cool downs and warm ups are both icing on the cake. We can just eat the cake and we will be perfectly fine. But when you can go for the icing – DO IT!
We will enjoy – hamstring stretches, neck stretches, side bends, quad and hip flexor stretches, yogic squats aka lower back and hip stretches, side bends and more.
