NAMASTE BEAUTIFUL YOGIS,
I have prepared 2 high density – high impact, low rep with weights workouts.
They are short and to the point.
I will alternatively start providing similar workouts that are low impact instead for those of you who prefer that.
This week I have a few beginner and ablsolute beginner classes that will post on YouTube. If you want to get some of the people in your life into movement look out for them and send the classes to them. They are also good for cool down. They will be available on my Youtube channel on Tuesday and Thursday.
