Strength Density Schedule
NAMASTE BEAUTIFUL YOGIS,
I have prepared 2 high density – high impact, low rep with weights workouts.
They are short and to the point.
I will alternatively start providing similar workouts that are low impact instead for those of you who prefer that.
This week I have a few beginner and ablsolute beginner classes that will post on YouTube. If you want to get some of the people in your life into movement look out for them and send the classes to them. They are also good for cool down. They will be available on my Youtube channel on Tuesday and Thursday.

I have one question – with being vegan, I am surprised by the sheer amount of outfits you seem to have, and mostly from Amazon as you say in some video descriptions who ship with absolutely ridiculous amoubts of packaging and lots of products from China; why is this?
In the older videos I did buy outfits from amazon or gymshark because I shoot almost daily and I needed performance. That being said I switched to all organic, natural fiber (hemp, linen, cotton), 90% thrifted clothes about a year and a half ago. It is challenging because I need them for work and they definitely don’t perform as well on camera- sweat spots, camel toes, not staying in place, etc but I have switched nonetheless. My personal clothes outside of shooting are all natural fiber, mostly organic cotton or linen, thrifted wool and cashmere. Thank you for the note- I do care. It’s just a very tough spot for me – since I have to really get my work done without clothing distractions.
