A Mala is a strand of 108 beads, plus a guru stone, traditionally used for counting during mantra meditations, and have been used as a meditation aid since at least the 10th century.
This mala is lovingly hand-knotted with 8 mm beads, made of Rose Quartz, Amazonite, Rainbow Fluorite, Mountain Crystal and cotton tassel. Vegan Mala. Its length is about 23 in.
