VIP 291 Yoga for Toxic Thoughts – Detox

VIP Membership

63 minutes long

Namaste Beautiful Yogis,

my Sunday Gift Class!

Yoga for Toxic Thoughts. Toxicity resides not just in the mind but also in the emotions and body. That being said we must focus on increasing our lightness and brightness while letting go of the habitual toxic thought pattern.

This class is a twistie detox class. It includes some intervals as well. Feel free to modify the jumping to stepping if you need a low impact class.

I find the physicality of the intervals always invigorating, refreshing and since they are cardio – opening for the heart.

Have Fun!

i really like the stomach vacuums. they are the one exercise where i feel i am definitely engaging my core. i also like the feeling of keeping out the breath for a few seconds–it reminds me to be grateful for the capacity to breathe. i would love if you continue to incorporate the vacuums into your classes frequently. thanks for another strong and invigorating class. your classes are always so enlivening and inspiring!!

Love the stomach vacuums and have been missing them! However, I can’t get them from certain positions, like from on the knees. I try though.

This was so needed for me today. I’ve been slowly going on a downward spiral into negativity over the past week or so, and this was exactly what I needed to lift me back up: Slow and focusing on the breath. Thank you Ali!
