    Hey Ali, I will be the first to admit that I was praying you said two sets…but nope…It was three…And then I started thinking about gratitude for having a body which allows me to do these huffer puffer segments should be what I am thinking about. . My beautiful friend has spina bifida and has never once even walked…so, she does chair exercises in classes with her able bodied friends…no complaints! I am grateful for a working body…and I am grateful that you share all of these amazingly effective and torturously fun classes…thank you Ali…love to you, to Sofie, and to your new Junebug friend…xox, L

    Oh my goodness what a lovely sweaty tough practice. Sometimes i wonder how she does it, but it is great to push the limits of your own knowledge of yourself sometimes. A great self esteem booster once done. Thank you Ali!
