Starting the week off with Flexibility and Strength Long Bands Workout. 40 minutes of Intermediate Level Yoga- Fitness Fusion
Bands on Amazon or at your local fitness equipment supplier.
Another Fusion. Using Core Gliders/ Sliders. Building Core, Upper Body and Lower Body Strength all at once. 30 minutes, moderate intensity.
I got these gliders from Amazon.
Wednesday: Rest or a Light Vinyasa
Kettlebell Strength, 30 minutes.
I am using a 15 lbs kettlebell.
Friday is my favorite :). The Best is for Last.
500 Rep Intense Cardio and Strength Booty.
I did this workout 2 days in a row and I could not walk or sit properly for a day. Be Warned!
A set of dumbells needed.
You can repeat the 500 reps Class sometime next week. Just give it at least 1-2 days of rest.
